The Nike Dunk High SB ‘Invert Celtics’ carries a unique design that sees roughly 1/3 of the shoe’s exterior finished in mismatched colors and materials. The majority of the upper features a black suede base with pink suede overlays, while the quarter panel and heel of the medial side combines a white leather base with Kelly green leather overlays. Taking a negative image of the sneaker results in a direct flip of the unique color blocking.
The medial side of both the left and right shoe feature a Boston Celtics inspired green and white color scheme on the eyelets, collar, and heel, and mid-panel, respectively. A combination of hairy black and pink suede panels can be found on the lateral side of the both shoes. The black and pink hues are the inverse of the white and green colors, hence the nickname “Invert Celtics.” The Nike SB version of the Dunk model is equipped with Zoom Air cushioning for impact absorption whether worn for skating or daily use.
