Not to be confused with previously-seen “University Blue” makeups, the upcoming sneaker is a women’s exclusive that follows a tried-and-proven two-tone arrangement. “White” smooth leather sets the stage for a number of overlays clad in the titular light blue tone; branded labels on the tongue follow suit, forgoing the yellow of similar, past Nike Dunks. Underfoot, the high-top silhouette rounds out the simple color palette with a “colorless” midsole/”Aluminum” outsole, a tooling setup reminiscent of one of the year’s most popular Air Jordan 1 drops.
